Presenter: Mel Harwin (Transform Aid International Safeguarding Officer)
Mel Harwin has 15 years of experience in the international development and community development sector. Mel has been with Baptist World Aid Australia/Transform Aid International (TAI) on staff and in a consultant capacity since 2009. Mel has experience working in different sectors with stakeholders including government and non-government organizations, local councils, corporations, social enterprises, churches, and church development agencies across the world. Mel's interests and work specializations include safeguarding (child/youth and SEAH - Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment), learning and development, inclusive localized community development practice, organizational development, partnership management, and communications.
